Every order leaves our Singapore atelier by hand. We send few parcels, and we send them carefully.
Complimentary over $100
Shipping is complimentary on all orders of $100 or more. Below that threshold, a flat rate is calculated at checkout before you confirm — there is nothing added afterwards.

Orders placed before 2pm SGT are dispatched the same working day; after that, the next. The atelier does not dispatch on weekends or Singapore public holidays. Tracking follows by email the moment your parcel leaves us.
Methods
- Tracked as standardEvery order ships tracked, whatever it cost. You will not find an untracked option at checkout, because we do not offer one.
- Packed plainlyEach piece ships in recycled, unbranded packaging — no logo on the outside, no printed invoice inside. What arrives at your door says nothing about what is in it.
- Duties and taxesOrders outside Singapore may attract import duty or tax on arrival. These are set by your country, collected by the carrier, and are the recipient's responsibility.
Before you order
All sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please read the size guide before you order, and if you are between sizes or unsure of a fit, write to us first. We would rather spend the time before the parcel goes out than after.
